Construction Dust Removal
Fine construction dust penetrates every surface. We use specialist HEPA-filtered equipment to remove dust from walls, ceilings, floors, skirting, and all internal surfaces — leaving the property genuinely clean, not just visually tidy.
Internal Window & Frame Cleaning
Paint splashes, plaster residue, and adhesive labels are removed from all glazing, frames, and sills. We leave every window streak-free and ready for handover.
Kitchen & Bathroom Deep Clean
All kitchen units, worktops, appliances, sanitaryware, tiles, and grouting are thoroughly cleaned and polished — removing grout haze, adhesive residue, and installation marks.
Floor Cleaning & Protection
Hard floors are cleaned of adhesive, grout, plaster, and paint residue. Carpets are vacuumed and spot-treated. We can also apply protective coatings to hard floors prior to occupation.
External & Common Areas
Entrance lobbies, stairwells, lift cars, car parks, and external hard standings are cleaned to the same standard as the internal spaces — ensuring the whole development is ready for handover.
Sparkle Finish Clean
Our final sparkle clean is carried out immediately before handover — a top-to-bottom polish of all surfaces, fixtures, and fittings to ensure the property is presented at its absolute best.

First Fix Clean
Carried out after first fix trades (plastering, first fix electrics and plumbing) are complete. Removes heavy construction debris, dust, and waste to allow second fix trades to work in a clean environment.
